222k Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and 222k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 222k platform at 222k.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 222k platform and close your account. Continued use of any 222k service following publication of updated Terms shall constitute acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 222k Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 222k.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to 222k is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account on 222k, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 222k reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time to verify a member's age. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 222k platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must contact 222k support immediately at [email protected].

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account on 222k, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. 222k will use the information you provide in accordance with the 222k Privacy Policy.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

222k operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention practices. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at 222k's sole discretion, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a valid passport, a driving licence, or recent utility bills or bank statements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3. Account Responsibilities

3 .1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 222k account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 222k will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify 222k support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. 222k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any transactions completed prior to you notifying 222k of unauthorised access remain your responsibility.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all bets, deposits, and withdrawals placed through your account are placed by you personally and reflect your genuine intentions. 222k accepts no responsibility for errors made by you in placing bets or initiating transactions, including but not limited to incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selection of odds, or accidental confirmation of transactions.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

222k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

222k currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time without prior notice. All transactions are processed in BDT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 222k is ৳300. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 222k reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its sole discretion for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes of submission, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC checks and the availability of the selected payment method. 222k does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into your 222k account, or to payment methods registered in your verified name. 222k reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and payouts on 222k are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol. 222k does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

222k may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain unplayed after the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Abuse of Bonuses

222k reserves the right to void any bonus, free bet, or promotional reward and to recover any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Promotional Changes

222k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion prior to a modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of their opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 222k are subject to acceptance by the platform. 222k reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, the odds were published in error, the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded, or there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or insider information.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the 222k platform are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference number issued, the odds at which the bet was accepted are final and cannot be changed. 222k makes every effort to maintain accurate odds but accepts no liability for typographical errors, system glitches, or pricing discrepancies that are identified and corrected promptly after publication.

6.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, or the International Cricket Council for international matches). Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, all affected bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that specific market.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games available on 222k use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. By participating in any casino game on 222k, you acknowledge that the outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG and that no strategy, system, or technique can influence or predict the outcome of any game round. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns.

6.5 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure affecting a bet or game round — including server outages, disconnections, or software malfunctions — 222k will make every reasonable effort to settle affected bets fairly based on available data. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. 222k accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222k platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through associates, family members, or third parties.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to events on which bets are offered.
• Laundering money or using the 222k platform to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to 222k support.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Abusing 222k's customer support team or any 222k employee in any manner, including via threatening or offensive language.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 222k platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 222k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 222k platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 222k content without the prior written consent of 222k.

The 222k name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 222k. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use 222k trademarks without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

222k does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our reasonable control. 222k accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by platform unavailability.

10.2 Financial Losses

222k accepts no liability for any financial losses you incur as a result of betting or gaming on the platform. All gambling activity involves risk and you acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your account. You must not gamble with funds that you cannot afford to lose.

10.3 Third-Party Services

222k integrates third-party services including payment processors and game providers. 222k accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, technical failures, or terms and conditions of any third-party service provider. Any disputes relating to third-party payment processing must be directed to the relevant payment provider in the first instance.

10.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222k's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member during the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

222k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 222k will provide reasonable notice to members via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 222k platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

222k also reserves the right to amend individual game rules, betting market rules, bonus terms, and promotional terms at any time. The current version of all applicable rules and terms will always be accessible on the platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 222k is incorporated and operates. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 222k platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within five business days of receipt. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the dispute through any remedies available to you under applicable law.

12.3 Language

These Terms are provided in English. The English version is the binding version for all legal purposes. Any translation provided for convenience only does not carry legal weight and shall not be used to interpret these Terms in the event of any ambiguity or conflict.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, if possible.
